Jobs and Environment: Solutions are Possible

Since the mid-1990s, BC Spaces for Nature has been exploring Jobs and Environment solutions that support both the protection of nature and a stable rural economy.

Our Jobs and Environment Action Plan proposes the following solutions:

1. Getting more jobs per tree
2. Diversifying rural economies
3. Protecting nature makes good economic sense

A Jobs and Environment Plan for BC is Necessary and Achievable

Protecting BC's disappearing wild spaces while also ensuring rural employment is a realistic, achievable and urgent agenda. By working together we can create a future that both protects Nature and ensures sustainable jobs and thriving communities.
